New GSA MAS Offer Services
We guide you through the entire new offer process of obtaining a GSA multiple award schedule (MAS) contract. As an extension of your team, we will manage the process to include the following stages:
Offer preparation and submission. During this process, we become knowledgeable about your company and your goals for the resulting contract. We work with you to complete all elements of the offer and guide you through the submission process.
Offer Clarification. We serve as the offer point of contact to address any clarification questions presented by GSA.
Contract Negotiation. As a designated authorized negotiator, we will support you through the negotiation of your new GSA MAS contract.

Modifications & Maintenance
After contract award, we remain engaged to assist with contract management and administration. Our goal is for you to understand the compliance requirements of the GSA MAS contract and assist your company with maintaining the contract. We will assist with administrative and technical modifications as well as any pricing modifications that are needed. In addition, we will partner with you during a visit from an Industrial Operations Analyst or if the company receives an official audit.

Option to Extend Renewals & Post-Award Support
We will actively guide you through the option to extend modification process. We will start by conducting a deep dive into your contract to understand the established terms and conditions. This exercise will examine your Commercial Sales Practices (if applicable) and ensure the company’s disclosures are up to date. Next, we will strategize about the necessary changes and outline a process for completing the modifications ahead of the Option to Extend.
