Throughout his career, he has helped companies of all sizes navigate the complexities of MAS contracting—offering expert guidance on compliance, pricing strategy, contract modifications, and post-award management.
Stephen’s work is rooted in a deep understanding of federal regulations and the practical challenges contractors face. His areas of expertise include FAR interpretation, preparation for IOA audits, SIP and SRP support, and strategic planning for contract success.
